About Me
Who am I as a Producer?
As a producer with a passion for cross-communication and team building, I have successfully led teams consisting of twenty-seven to fifty-four multi-discipline developers from pre-production to launch on titles like HardDriverz and Project Hourglass (name pending). I specialize in streamlining workflows and optimizing processes to keep projects on schedule while maintaining communication and a high-quality bar. I lead with a servant leadership approach, and I advocate for each team member and foster a team culture where even the small wins are celebrated.
I am looking forward to growing my skillset as a producer and reach my goal of becoming an executive producer or studio head one day.
Who am I as a Person!
Having the opportunity to be a lead producer on a large 50-plus-person team was not on my bingo card until a few years ago. For most of my life, my goal was to be a general manager or an equivalent role for a company like Microsoft or Google. I was happy pursuing this goal, but my motivation to get there wasn’t where it needed to be. 2023 marked a turning point, setting me on the path that reignited my drive and passion to pursue my goal, but with a newfound direction, stepping into the role of producer.
Before becoming a producer, my journey began with Pokémon Leaf Green, arguably one of the best Pokémon games. When I was younger, my best friend introduced me to his new Pokémon game. Jealous, I knew that I would have to get my hands on the game somehow. Eventually, my amazing dad went to Target and bought the game for me. From that moment, I was hooked, hiding my Gameboy under my pillow at bedtime and falling in love with gaming.
I am a huge fan of playing table top role playing games, D&D and Pathfinder 2e being the main systems I play. I love being the dungeon master for my group of friends. I am able to put my creative juices to the test and craft wonderful stories for my players to inevitably ignore. Here I had the chance to meet Brennan Lee Muligan, a famous dungeon master, at Dreamhack. He is a fantastic dungeon master and I base alot of my roleplaying around him.
Things I love
Here are my amazing two dogs Elora and Nugget. I am a big dog person and having these two little ones running around makes coming home after a long day such a treat.
I’ve always loved playing video games. Whether I’m diving into roguelikes like Risk of Rain 2 or Across the Obelisk, exploring RPG worlds in Baldur’s Gate 3 or Mass Effect 3, or jumping into my tried-and-true favorite, League of Legends, gaming has always been more than just a hobby for me. It’s how I stay connected with my closest friends from high school and college. Getting to play together almost every day reminds me how lucky I am!

I love traveling and I have been fortunate enough to get the chance to travel all over the world with friends and family!
